Greenroom Internal Messaging
Greenroom is an internal AI assistant operated by XGenius Apps, LLC for use by our team and authorized client teams (including Jamestown Revival, LLC). It sends SMS notifications and conversational responses related to scheduling, logistics, and internal business operations.
How recipients are added
Greenroom is not available for public signup. Each recipient provides direct verbal or written consent to an XGenius Apps administrator before their phone number is added. Numbers are managed manually; there is no public opt-in form.
Message types
- Scheduling reminders (rehearsals, travel, meetings)
- Logistics notifications (venues, load-ins, shipments)
- Responses to queries initiated by the recipient
- Administrative alerts from internal business software
No marketing. No promotional content. No fan-facing or third-party messaging.
Frequency
Variable, based on operational needs. Typically under 100 messages per recipient per month.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for support.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges vary.
Privacy
